Monday-Friday: 5pm-9pm
Saturday and Sunday: 1pm-5pm
Cost: $40/month
Drop-in Fees: $5/day
Fees can be paid to Gavin Gee at the Royal Bank or Damian MacInnis at the Hamlet. When you enter the gym please ensure you sign in.
*Please note: a waiver must be signed before you workout
This is a not-for-profit organization and all funds go back into the community or into upgrading equipment. Additional volunteers are welcomed.
